My complaint:
The first week of storing my items here the roof leaked causing catastrophic damage to my vintage piano. That was 7 months ago and I’ve yet to be paid by their insurance company. The slide lock didn’t work either and took 5 weeks to repair it. I had to install u bolts and use a chain to lock my unit until it was remedied. The main entrance gate has been broken for 3 months. Anyone can come and go freely during the 16 hours per day that it is left wide open and no one to check if they even rent a unit here. The place is mismanaged and the grounds are littered with broken bottles and screws and trash. Unit food are all in serious disrepair.
Suggested solution:
Fire everyone from the CSR to the GM and start over. Invest a little money into maintenance of the property and units rather than raise rates arbitrarily.
