My complaint:
They have a district manager named Rick in Mesa Arizona who was at a store and as a customer heard him make comments about one of the employees breast and also had a guy threaten the company and said racial slurs to his manager and all Rick did was move him to a different store and gave him a raise the guys name is Trevor and it is all documented the HR is trash and they love sexist people named Rick as district
Suggested solution:
Fire Rick they are losing money and 2 employees I personally know quit just because of him. And it’s all documented he has the emails of a girl manager telling him what Trevor did and all he did was move Trevor and give him a raise. Odd for someone who theatened a girl and to sue the company and all she did was record it and report it to Rick and Trevor still works for y’all. Get your shit together cubesmart I have saved documents so fix it
