My complaint:
The manager at this location is a women named Kathy, I believe. I have been locked out of my unit except for 15 minutes per day until the next billing cycle which is 7921. The unit is used by my daughter. She was at the location a little past the cut off time of 10:00 pm on 2 occasions in June 2021, I was informed by voice mail.
My daughter went to the location to pay the past due balance on 6621. She was told by Kathy that her mother, myself, was fed up with her, and proceeded to lecture her. Shannon called me and I went up to the location. I told Kathy she was to not have these conversations with my daughter. On 61121, the rent for June 2021 thru July 9 2021 was paid.
It was on 61321 I received the voice mail.
I do not appreciate management taking a bullying stance. It is my request that the CubeSmart overlock be removed. My only access is during business hours, for 15 minutes. They will then remove their lock for my access. The rent is paid!!
It is my thought that I will have to take a sheriff with me to gain access as I cannot find anywhere that being locked out when rent is paid a part of the CubeSmart policy.
This is not the first time we have had a problem with this person. It is my opinion that her role in management be reviewed.
