My complaint:
I called at 2:17p to get a quote on a 5×5 unit. The gentlemen who answered, I believe he said Silas, told me learn to speak English motherfucker. First, I do speak English. I am completely appalled and will never do business here again. Second, I do not know which I am offended by the most, cursing at me or being racist.
Suggested solution:
Fire that employee. Period.
