My complaint:
I have just been charged a (service fee) for paying my bill on time online. I wish to enquire what is the service being provided. Alternately, I am charged a fee if I do not pay the bill on time.
Is this a case of ‘ damned if you do and damned if you don’t ‘ ?
I was told at this facility that I cannot pay the bill over the telephone unless I allow the unit to go up for auction.
I could be wrong but seems like there is a policy or two here that that are full of it ! And I don’t just mean full of it. I mean like a constipated elephant. REALLY LOADED !!!
Suggested solution:
ABOLISH THIS SERVICE FEE AND GRAB THE MONEY WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO PAY BY PHONE. MAKES SENSE???
