CubeSmart complaint: Abusive and unprofessional conduct of employee

My complaint:

I left this location in tears. I called to enquire what time location would be closing and was told 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:15 pm and was denied access because it was too close to 6:30. I believe the employee’s name is Jean Pierre. She denied me a cart to tow my belongings on and said for me to do what I have to do until 6:30. I proceeded to offload my van because there were other clients going in and out unloading as well. She was very belligerent and yelled to the top of her voice using foul language, that I am here every week and she’s always seeing me. I feel very violated and disrespected in front of the public. No way should a customer be treated that way. Everyone around stated that they also had a negative experience with this employee before. Because I asked for her name to make a formal complaint she threatened to evict me from her cubesmart and ordered me to leave her premises using explicit language.
The internet has closing time as 7PM. She denied me access because I arrived at 6:15 PM.

Suggested solution:

Follow company policies with regards to employees with such behavior. This is bad for business. I feel hesitant to go back but because of my situation I have to.
