My complaint:
Cube Smart location in Elyria Ohio needs new doors installed. I don’t feel secure because the doors don’t close and lock unless you push hard on them. Multiple times when I arrive I don’t need my code because the last person didn’t push on the door to close it when they left. Easy access to people who don’t rent here so security is at a minimum. I will be paying over $300 per month for 2 units here and chose it because it is advertised as a secure storage. This is a serious issue. Please take my complaint as a safety problem that ultimately could turn into dangerous situations.
