My complaint:
My unit 3301 was broken into and approximately $ 30,000. Worth of my storage was stolen. Sneakers,2 Flat screen TV’s, Sports Jerseys , sweatshirts and funko pops all collectibles items. A police report was filed to New Bedford Police , pictures were taken as a customer of Cube Smart I did everything according to policy . I have called the management several times and have gotten no results just excuses. They have admitted to not having enough surveillance, and have supposedly been looking at video for weeks but no results , I then asked the manager Ryan for his supervisor’s name and phone and refused to give me the information I’m tired of the excuses I need to get answers , results or reimbursement fir my stolen items.
Suggested solution:
Some type of reimbursement for my stolen stuff, terrible customer service and stop given excuses and false information to paying customers.
