My complaint:
Everything in my unit is brand new I bought to move into my new house and I stored it there until my new house was ready to move into and everything in my unit is covered in rat feces and rat piss roach feces and roach piss everything in my unit is soiled contaminated and destroyed and no one has done anything no one has let me know about the rat or roach infestation problem in the storage in the storage unit there’s nothing been done every unit there’s rats everywhere there’s roaches everywhere there’s feces and poop everywhere there’s no exterminators and nothing’s being done the lady at the front desk Alex was very nasty to me told me she don’t have time to fill out a report and they know they have a rat infestation and they know they have a roach infestation and nothing’s being done and they’re taking everyone’s money and raising prices on storages I paid over $2,500 for storage to have everything I own that I work so hard for destroyed with rat feces and piss and roaches and piss I’m getting a lawyer and I want something done I want all my stuff for placed everything in there was brand new and it’s all ruined I filed a complaint at the head office for CubeSmart in Malvern PA and I want something done I’m getting a lawyer.
Suggested solution:
I would like a lawsuit filed against CubeSmart to replace everything in my storage that I paid for that's brand new a whole house worth of stuff that's been damaged I would like to be compensated for everything that's been damaged and destroyed by rat feces and poop and piss and roach feces and poop and piss which is now contaminated and all my stuff is destroyed I would like all my stuff replaced and to be compensated for everything that I've lost and all the money I paid for storage to have my stuff destroyed and stored with rat and roaches feces and piss I would have never brought my stuff there if I knew they have rat infestation in a roach infestation and no one even told me and I'm paying thousands of dollars to store my stuff there so we can get destroyed
