My complaint:
Well first of all everytime I would go to my unit I was alway harrassed about something that was nothing I think it was just to have a reason to say something to me because I stayed to my self while I was their in my unit .I just moved from one unit to another one bigger one .So I had a couple of things left in the old unit I asked the girl Bobbie who was working could she unlock it because I had help their with me because the stuff that was left behind was to heavy for me to carry alone .First thing she said to me was your here quit offten and I was because I had just moved and was trying to organize my stuff .Once again I asked her if she could open the lock she told me that the keys were mailed to me .I said why would you do that if you just told me Im there offten so why wouldnt you just give me the keys yourself .Comes to find out that was a lie Im being terminated because Bobbie once again seen me putting lotion on my feet she said body but it was my feet I have very bad feet so in order for me to continue doing what I was doing I had to put my medication on my feet that I got from my doctor .So she said I was doing something wrong .Then I was told that someone used my gate code and broke into 2 units thats not true either because I just changed my code a week ago because 2 of my friends had my old code and I didnt want nobody to have my code but me so Im being terminated for that But she said I wasnt no where around I asked to see the footage of the film oh she couldnt show me.I wonder why . This Manger called my brother down to the storage early in the morning saying someone broke into his trailor so I drove him their because during the time we were out of town.So we get their the police were their and come to find out nobody was inside and nobody broke in side what was the reason for that I dont know .That manger got fired before and some reason they let her back .I was their when she got fired and was still their when they let her come back .So yes I have been a value costumer for a while.I was planning on moving to another storage because I was tired of being harrassed everytime I came their.But the reasons why they are terminated me is untrue ansd I just paided all this money to move into a bigger unit .The way they did it proves to me theyvwere wrong I got my notice on the 12th of this month my bill is due on the 19th I got 10 days to move so it falls right around the 19th so I get no money back for getting this new unit .I feel I was being treated un fair not only that my car was their for one day I told her Ibwould have triple A move it the next day .The manger the one who was fired and re hired had my car towed at 1130 at night when the storage was closed she didnt even wait one day of my car being their before she did that so yes I strongly beleive I was being harrassed not to mention I felt they were being very racist to me .Alot of people I used to see their I dont any more I wonder why is it the manger or what And I hadnt noticed any colored people their at all .

How should they resolve my complaint? Well I feel I should get some of my money back for getting this new unit and didnt have it for a month .And on my notice it didnt state no reason at all .For the termination.When I did ask I got all these different reason which were all un true putting lotion on which was medicine now someone broke in using my code .all lies I just want some of my money back thats all I dont mind moving but I need money to do it Im on a fixed income .
