My complaint:
I have a few complaints and a lot of concerns about the manager at this location. I recently rented a unit there and all I had was cash and I needed a debit card. She said I’ll take the amount for the 1st months rent, the last months rent and a security deposit of $200. She denied any of this when I confronted her.
She had been going around and telling people that I was the craigslist killer and she so telling people my last name which is confidential information.
She had came to me one afternoon with this big laser printer. She asked me if I was interested and I said I was and we ended up trading an electric Ryobi chainsaw for the printer. Time goes by and I was going to sell the printer. When I tested the printer it did not work. I put in some time and had to put new parts on that laser printer so it could function. The day I go to sell it I was met by some police officers and they arrested me and started asking me questions. I told them where I came in possession of the printer. This ordeal with this stolen printer has been hectic and drama not to mention how embarrassing it was to be arrested in front of McDonald’s of all places. She claims that she won the printer at an auction at the same place she manages. Then she said a person who was renting a unit left it there. I’ve asked for my chainsaw back and she refuses claiming I’m making this all up
The manager without my permission just the other day broke into my storage. I have the texts to prove it.
These are my complaints I feel like a punching bag and that I have been played and bullied by the manager. I’d never rent a unit from a place she manages. I want is my deposit back, the last months rent. The $379 to replace my saw that she never gave back. Compensation for the parts and my time repairing the laser printer.
I do have more complaints but due to the subject matter I don’t think it would be appropriate to mention publicly. After someone gets a hold of me on these complaints then I’ll send in pictures of evidence regarding these complaints.
