My complaint:

Purchased unit for a year using a credit card in May 2022. On Dec 8th, 2022 I cleared out unit. Had new card they took acct down, got receipt exoected a refund. It’s April 2023 still no refund. Contacted customer service to get a call from Winnie a manager, saying because a new card delayed refund but a check would be mailed. Never happened. Spoke with her twice. Even called location where the girl knew my name said it can take 6 months not to call cust service. Today 41323, I called corp office got transferred to Brittany or Bethany on check status…voice mail, left her a msg no reply. They took the money fast enough 4 months later to wait for a refund is absolutely unreasonable. If they didn’t receive a payment in 4 months would that be ok?

Suggested solution:

Simply send me my refund.
