My complaint:
I have been renting at this location [2902 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80014] for 2 months now. I keep clothes, shoes and drinks in my unit. I noticed today that someone has been stealing my drinks. I made the mistake of buying their lock so I guess this is my thank you. I attempted to reach the manager at this location but she isn’t available as always. I came by to speak to the manager about the situation but they are close. Although the operation hours for today Saturday 8:30am-5pm…they closed at 2pm. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted that I would be treated like this.
Suggested solution:
I want research to be done and find out who has been in my unit without my authorization. At this point…I have zero trust in this company.
