My complaint:
I recently leased a unit from cube smart storage at 2700 e flamingo rd and 09/06/23 my unit was broken into and the employee told me she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with my situation she gave me a non working email address to file my claim and non working number and she is the only person that has access to my unit so when I arrived she opened it up all my belongings were gone and trash was in side my unit items that don’t belong to me
Suggested solution:
They need to pay me for all my items missing and stolen she needs to be fired immediately
