CubeSmart complaint: wrongfull sale of my unit

My complaint:

on may 23 2022 i was in your office to make a payment on unit 337. i did not have the full amount and was told that none of my payment could be accepted unless it was paid in full. It was then that jhon a cube smart employee looked up my unit and informed me that i had until 62222 but then the amount was gunna be 653.32 .He even wrote it on a card for me. By the end of that week i found out my storage had been sold

Suggested solution:

replace All of my belongings x3 the amount of actual value because there where MANY things that can never be replaced. my son who passed away all his stuff including stroller car seat play pin cloths' he wore and a lot he did his pacifier my entire family's photos of my mother and brother who are now deceased their personal belongings all my children's personal stuff everyone's birth and death certificates and the most costly my work tools which included my welder ,wrenches sockets sanders drills compressor
