My complaint:
I went in today 8621 Approx 1130am and bought new lock which Chris put on and paid of the storage bill.
I went to Unit 313 Opened door. Then looked down saw ALOT of Rodent Droppings in My Storage Unit 313 n ceiling coming down caving in. And stuff all pulled up.
I told the store employees Lula and Chris they both said well nothing can do and got an attitude with me. And Lula told me 31 people had the rat problem. And Cube smart had to pay around $8,000.
So I asked why didn’t you inform me and they both said it wasn’t in my area. Negligence.
