My complaint:
I have 4 units for only 5 months. They are paid on time every time through autopay. They have increased my rates drastically without any notice. I called the local office and they said they would call corporate but of course I never heard from them again. Tried to find a corporate email but there is none. Local office will not return calls.
Suggested solution:
I do not think as a loyal paying customer with only 5 months use on 4 units I should automatically have a drastic increase in rates.
