My complaint:
Had to close out my account, I tried working with the customer service messaging help center to change my email address. The app would not let me. They ask me to send a picture with my name, date and Crypto.Com on a pice of paper. They kept rejecting the picture because both my arms were not in the picture. How can you take a picture by your self with both arms in it.
Suggested solution:
They did not, I have started the process of getting all the funds out and will close the account before I loose the email address currently on the account.
