My complaint:
I was checking my shiba funds for the day and the app crash down to zero. Only then, the apps when back to normal price after 10 minutes. On the weekly chart they was no record of crash but when traded my shiba it was traded with low funds and not the original price action funds. Because this was gitch in the system crypto.com has gave me the price difference i lost due to the app crashing. When i trade the coin i should of had 135 pound worth of USD coin not 55 pounds worth since the crypto app didnt register the crash
Suggested solution:
i want them to resolve the issue by refund me the lost values of my shiba tokens i lost 80 pounds worth of shiba which about 3.5 million tokens
