My complaint:
When I was checking my balance on Crypto.com I found out that someone sold my crypto and transferred my money to his account. I did reported crypto. Com support and they told me they can’t make anything
Suggested solution:
They should make their site more secured and not easy to be hacked plus their customer service is very bad and take hours to answer any complaint
