My complaint:

I have been contacting crypto.com for two months straight, providing them with all information they require for their routine review. I have given all possible proof available that my funds are legitimate, yet they continue to discriminate against me as a minority and refuse to provide further reasoning as to why they will not unfreeze my account. Whenever I follow up with them, they ask the exact same question again from a different person. I have provided the exact same information repeatedly, along with all official documentation. As someone depending on this funding to support my family including my young disabled child, this is a case that crypto.com should face consequences for.

Suggested solution:

Crypto.com can resolve my complaint by providing specific details as to why my account has not yet been unfrozen, so that I can provide them with the information required and regain access to my accounts.
