My complaint:
My wallet have been accessed by unknown person and he transferred all the funds,
i did not receive any notifications with the transactions and when i asked Crypto.com for help to know how was it done, from where, if was done through and app, which IP address was used, which location, was it from my device or another device, they refused to provide me with any kind of data regarding the matter.
Suggested solution:
they need to provide me all above requested data so i can go after my funds trying to get it or at least help me trace it as i already believe that it was done by Crypto.com itself.
