My complaint:
My account was suspended without reason or justification. One day I was just unable to log in and I can’t get assistance other than them telling me they have suspended my account for breach of the term of service agreement. When I ask for further information because I have no idea what I did, I get no response.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to access my account and sell the shares I have. Then if they want to deny me access that is fine, but to not allow me to access my money is wrong.
