My complaint:

I purchased cryptocurrency from crypto.com back in May. Charge was made to my bank account but they didn’t send me coins so I contacted to customer service. I didn’t hear from them so I decided to dispute. Little while later, they froze my crypto account so I couldn’t access to my asset for almost two months. I contacted to customer service again and they said the dispute was problem. I was told coin I didn’t received was credited but I disputed so they froze my account. I didn’t know they credited because I couldn’t access to my account! So I had no choice but cancel the dispute. They finally unfroze my account and I found out they took the coin they credited. I already canceled dispute so I told them I want either coin back or refund. I provided the proof of the cancellation the bank gave me. But they kept saying that they accepted the chargeback so I have to ask my bank to release the funds. I called bank but they said chargeback or refund or money back are all go straight to my account. Bank don’t hold the money and they don’t even see any money came from crypto.com. I told them that but they are just keep saying they already accepted the chargeback so they can’t assist further. I’m still fighting with them but I need someone else’s help. I don’t thin my they’ll give my money back.

Suggested solution:

Refund $62.96 to my bank account ASAP.
