My complaint:
I have transfered an amount from a stocks broker to crypto.com. the account that I was transferring from was in my name, the same for the account on crypto.com that I was transferring into.
Although on the crypto.com I have already done the KYC protocol for quite some time, crypto.com asked for a statement from the said stock broker showing the amount and that the acvount was in my name. I have provided them with such statement and with the unique transation code for the transfer. They have received the statement and said they will get back, this on 04.01.2022. I have repeatedly wrote to their customer support since, but they gave no explanation. Recently they have stopped replying at all, we are on 11.01.2022.
Suggested solution:
Release the funds into my crypto.com account
