My complaint:
When I attempt to sell my cryptocurrency on the crypto.com app, the price that they have listed is much higher than the sale price. I spoke with customer service about the discrepancy and they simply say that they use the current coin price from coinmarketcap. But when I go to coinmarketcap.com. The crypro currency price is listed much higher than the price that crypto.com is willing to pay out. For example,
The crypto.com app say’s the price of Shiba-inu is .00000651 per coin. But when I try to sell 152,000,000 coins for $989 they only give me $935. I checked the coinmarketcap.com price and the current price was .00000649. So they are being dishonest about the actual price and then lying about the sales price. It appears that they are basing their sale price on the lowest price in the past seven days!! They are lying to their own customers.

I would like to get my initial $998 investment returned, or at least give me the CURRENT market value of my crypto currency coins at the time that I want to sell them (listed at coinmarketcap.com, when the price is high enough to get as much of my $ back as possible).
