My complaint:

Hello, I withdrew $516.81 from my account and it was suppose to deposit into my Chase bank account within 3-5 business days. Today marks day 11 and I still haven’t received my funds. I spoke to Chase and I don’t have any recent transactions or anything pending. I spoke with Crypto’s customer support and this is the response I received.

Dear Larry

The withdrawal is successfully completed on our end, therefore we can’t assist you further in that matter.

That is complete garbage. Now I’m supposed to take a financial loss just because my money in floating around somewhere? Crypto hasn’t even sent me a transaction receipt of some sort to show that the money was sent to the correct account so I could at least try to provide it to Chase. I used that Plaid platform to link my bank account with my Crypto account so the Account ’s do match.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with Crypto and I will not be using them again. The customer support team didn’t offer a refund or anything! No one is being held accountable. And there is no customer support phone number.

Suggested solution:

Help me track the money or issue a refund.
