My complaint:

Crypto.com froze all my assets after depositing fiat from my bank. The interesting thing is it wasn’t until the second deposit that they froze it. They are stating they need to the deposit account is mine. They also have locked all the crypto assets I have as well while this process unfolds. Leaving my susceptible to market dips and giving me no control to sell or buy. My bank said they would gladly talk to them to clear things up, but they refuse to do so.

Suggested solution:

Stop hiding behind your key board and get on the phone with my bank. Unlock my crypto assets while you’re doing your review or quite simply send the money back to the fiat account it came from.
