My complaint:
Was trying to withdraw to their exchange app, first of all it says that everything is successful, but the transfer never happens and in the actual transaction history it says:
Transaction failed , been going on for several days now ,
When writing to customer support, they didn’t reply for about 13 hours at first, after what they have ignored my issue and explained that my account doesn’t have any restrictions and everything is working fine !
Fine, I am trying to transfer again , exactly same issue, I am writing to their customer support again, waiting again for hours , and ad previously, getting COMPLETELY IGNORED ABOUT THE ISSUE , and instead they send me a LINK to how to operate exchange transfers…..
Well maybe I missed something I though, READ IT ALL , basically asking me to do the same thing I did before …
This is redicilous they are witholding my money, and refuse to help .
Suggested solution:
Explain what is going on with the platform , why I can't withdraw the crypto, and finally do withdraw., and after such ignorance from customer support I would like a compensation for waiting for so long, stressing about that you can't get the money
