Costco complaint: Costco turmeric supplement container shrank from 210 to 90 capsules

I regularly purchase you theory turmeric. There Box, container includes 210 capsules. Yesterday I purchased a new container in the same packaging and it only include 90 capsules. This is insane. The price was the same. Is Costco aware of this downsized product? The price I paid was 33.99 but on sale for $10 off.
This happened at Costco in Marina Del Rey California.
What I want from Costco is to Be aware if this manufacturer rip off and get the right product on the shelf
