My complaint:
it happening months and months in 2022 tat costa coffee is providing paper cups as they are saying their dish washer is out of service. this is same excuse have been used for last few months .some time ago was their paying system wasn’t working do only when u arrive to the till you cant used your cards but money so means u must go o a cash and face an enormous queue once again.
Bad experience Motherwell is playing for months on hand
Suggested solution:
fix problem and ask deep apologies as to reduce costs as this is not a service provided by costa coffee
