My complaint:
I am trying to register my Costa Coffee Card using the website and every time it says you did nothing wrong but something went wrong try later, or words to that effect. I have tried over many days with the same result. I have been told in the Costa Coffee shop that I have free coffees and need to register the card. Please help me do this.
I have tried phoning you on the number given on the card and it appears to be disconnected, also I tried the complaints form and once again was told I did nothing wrong, but something went wrong, try later. I found a phone number online and it was engaged every time I found.
I just want to be a loyal customer, enjoy the rewards that attracts and get the free coffees I have qualified for. Please, please help me register this card and ensure continuous and future use.
