My complaint:
From time to time Costa send me an e-mail offering a freebie (usually a drink). Redeeming the offer is dependent on my downloading an APP and visiting an outlet. I do not have a Smartphone so therefore unable to download an APP. Are they going to continue to treat loyal customers like me as 2nd class citizens? Surely quite simple to send a QR code as part of an e-mail?

As suggested, send a QR code as part of their e-mail message so that those customers who do not possess a smartphone are not discriminated against.
