My complaint:
I went to Costa on 16 june. I ordered a large coffee. Paid for it then asked the server could i use the toilet. I was told the toilet was out of order but i could go to the costa over the other side of the car park.I said it was an emergancy. Server said there was nothing she could do. I said i would be back as i had to go to the toilet quick. When i reached the other costa the sign on the door said they were sorry but they had to close at 3-30. I think it was about 4-00 by then. I had an accident which was very embarrassing for me and had to return home. I will not be going to another costa again.
Suggested solution:
Letting me use another toilet. Where do the staff go.
