My complaint:
I Just called Copa airline customer service to inquire about an airfare to South America, and to use a voucher. I have traveled with Copa for many years, and never felt so angry like today.
When the person that was helping me gave the amount of the airfare I told him about wanting to use the voucher, he was not happy and started to question me why I got a voucher. I decided not to purchase the ticket because the price was too high, when I told him I would wait, he got very upset and told I was a poor customer because I don’t have money to buy the airline ticket that I believe the price is too high. He totally disrespected me,.
I didn’t believe it, so I called back and spoke to another rep and told him what had happened to me, we had no idea what to do, he never apologized, and told me to call back Monday because the complaints department was already closed. I do not recommend Copa Airlines, worst customer service!!!
Suggested solution:
Someone needs to apologize, and the airline needs to train their employees on how to treat their customers with respect.
