My complaint:
A few weeks ago there was a change in the Terms of Service for Coinbase. I do not agree to the change in the Terms of Service. When trying to log into my Coinbase account, the new Terms of Service are presented and I must agree to them to continue logging into the account. I do NOT agree, and so I cannot log into my Coinbase account. After contacting Coinbase’s Customer Service, I am unable to have Coinbase close my account, yet they do not offer me any option to close my account without agreeing to their new Terms of Service (I DO NOT AGREE). I will ignore theyire correspondence, but FORCING ME to agree to their Terms without allowing me enough access to DELETE my account is HARRASSMENT. I DEMAND that Coinbase close my account immediately.
Suggested solution:
They can close my account and stop harassing or contacting me.
