My complaint:
I could not make a bitcoin transfer to another wallet , even after the hold period twice yet Bitcoin charged me a fee after I cashed out account, I think they are doing this just for the fee money..
Suggested solution:
refund my Fees or make sure I can transfer bitcoins to another wallet
