Coinbase complaint: Can’t access account with money and haven’t heard back

My complaint:

In december of 2021 I wanted to close my regular coinbase account which had a zero balance and keep my coinbase pro account open which had the following cryptos listed below as well as about 5k in USD. So I went through the process of closing my coinbase regular account and then shortly after had tried to log in to my coinbase pro account which then gave me an error and said I couldn’t log in because of incorrect emailpassword. I then called the number listed for technical support (850-427-8622) and spoke with the tech and it was communicated that when you close your regular coinbase account, it automatically closes the coinbase pro. I explained to him that I had USD and cryptos in that account and need to access them, he said email you guys at this email and let you guys know of the situation and request the cryptos and usd be cashed out and transferred to your bank account. Then you can open up a new coinbase pro account. Could you please do that an cash out my crypto assets and transfer them as well as my US dollars balance to my bank account so I can retrieve my money please. I have not heard back from coinbase about this and my money is being held hostage.

Suggested solution:

Cash out my money and transfer it as cash to my bank account if my account is closed. Or reopen my account so I can access it.
