My complaint:
I was told I needed to empty out my wallet job Coinbase because the account out of nowhere was being shut down. When put in the wallet address to send the funds to, the kept all $277. They only sent a penny. Customer service transferred me from person to person for literally two hours and still would not give a definite reason why the money wasn’t there. After 2.5 hours I was told that the assistance would be continued thru email And i wasn’t aloud to speak to a manager. None were available according to the rep.
Suggested solution:
They give me my $277 dollars back and allow me to walk away from their cheating, thieving asses once and for all
