Coinbase complaint: Refusal to let me put banking information on my account

My complaint:

I am new to crypto and I downloaded their app in January 2022 and I was never able to complete the part where I could put my banking info in so I deleted the app but when they started sponsoring games that you could win Bitcoins I re-installed the app and I had the same problems so after making contact with customer support and almost 3 months later told I needed to give them ID information and fill out a KYC form I did that then they said that I had2 coinbase accounts and I had to delete one I did that and after that they were going to close the case well as of today I still can’t put my banking information and I can’t use the wallet either.

Suggested solution:

All I want them to do is let me put my banking information so that I can cash out on my winnings playing their games or let use my other wallet to collect my winnings because I am senior and I am playing the games to supplement my income .
