Coinbase complaint: Locking me out of my account several times

My complaint:

I currently locked out of my account for the 3rd time now. Recently I made a complaint that I had a $25 charge on my bank account from coinbase. I don’t know where it came from and I never authorize it.
So coinbase locks my account a week later without warning me. I had to reverify my account to prove it is me, so I sent several photos of my license
ect. They claim they can’t verify me, so I should try again and go through the verification process all over again ( 4 times so far) because when i try to start over again, it says it is in process hours later. Even though it just send me an email stating to try again!

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account locking my account everytime I file a request or complaint. It really appears that they are showing some power or pay back and I have to following their orders. This happens everytime I file a ticket with them. They don't read the notes, and they don't have a very good selection of problems but a cookie cutter type concerns that does'nt fit all problems!
