My complaint:
I shopped tonight it was like I was invisible . Put my chocolate up to pay 2 girls just stood there talking about boys behind the counter then she just said a pound no please I tried to say what cigarettes I wanted they carried on talking . Then she asked me what ones I wanted again cause she wasn’t concentrating on what I was saying .
I shop in co op every day never have I been treated like this . Your staff are so rude .
I must spend over £100 a month in there every month . I am very disappointed
Suggested solution:
After what I spend I think a voucher and an apology should be in order
