My complaint:
Myself and my wife went to our local store as we do most days,I would like raise a complaint about one of your employees working there named jo,she is very rude,ignorant,not at all helpful and even questioned us,are you sure that’s what you want,no good morning nothing,very unwelcome attitude, just simply not a good person you would want to meet in a store or I would imagine you would want working for your company,I’ve also been made aware that none of the other staff like her very much.she is very arrogant to everyone.
Suggested solution:
Either out her on a course of how to deal with people,or make her very aware of her misconduct
