My complaint:
Over the past few years , shopping at Coop 365, disatisfied with the mistakes when payiing for goods. After checking the recept, over twenty times, there have been mistakes in the prices charged compared to the prices shown in the store. Then not only have i had to wait a long time for the cashier to deal with the mistake, Ive never once had an apology for the inconvenience.
Suggested solution:
for all the time wasted, I would like something from them
