My complaint:

placed a order for delivery on friday 050822 for 3 packets of cigs@£11.60 per packet 3x 1.75l bottles of coke @ £2 a bottle and a muti bag of crisp at £1.95 plus 20p for carrier bag charge total £42.95p and entered a code for free delivery i then received a email from co op ing the amount was £42.95p about 39 mins later i received a receipt via email stating that i had been charged £42.95 for the cigs3@£11.60 and the muti pack of crisp @£1.95p when order was delivered is was just left on doorstep and on checking order i have been sent 3 packets of cigs @£11.60 2x 1.25l bottles of coke @£260 for 2and 1 muti pack of crisp@£1.95 meaning i should have been charged £39.35p i phoned and spoke to someone who told me i have been charged £1.99 delivery charge when i explained that both emails received from co op ed i had not been charged a delivery charge the advisers answer made me feel like i was in the wrong for complaing about being over charged she eventualy agreed to refund £1.40p and the £1.99p delivery charge will only be refunded to my co op membership card and will take about 20 mins to appear on my account three hours later i checked my co op membership account and the £1.99p delivery charge was not showing up on my account

Suggested solution:

i would like the full £3.39p refunded back to my card A.S.A.P and a apology from the adviser for saying she will refund it to my membership card and not doing it
