My complaint:
I stole a bottle o kids medicine and got caught on CCTV camera the following day I went to coop starting shopping then was approached by member or staff and told I been caught and that I was banned and to leave the shop I said sorry and left the shop I have never stolen before but I have mental health issues following the death of my dad and I dont know why but my daughter was poorly it was day before pay day and I just took it the problem is I accept what I done was wrong but the member of staff never asked why I did it never ask for my details or how long I’m banned for so I’m confused please help
Suggested solution:
I just want to know how long I\'m banned for and can only apologise for action and would never do it again it was stupid and I was not thinking
