Citibank complaint: Failure in providing acceptable reason for blocking my card and refusing to asst in unblocking account

My complaint:

After blocking my card, I was requested to provide my security work, bank account number, bank credit card numbers for 3 banks.And due to My AMEX account that is 22 years old not having the same number on my account as Citi Bank your supervisor refused to verification. I’ve not used my Amex in 5 years. But is this active, my active bank of America account was denied and was unable to use for the process. I’ve been left without a way to pay for my hotel room and will be asked to leave with no cash on me or way to cover needs while I. Left to wait on my other cards to arrive in the mail that I’m replacing

Suggested solution:

The worst customer service I've ever encountered in 52 years. Citi bank should be assumed.
