My complaint:

I opened a account with Citi Bank I got my debit card in mail and verified everything after that I deposited a check via app where it was put on a 5 day hold 2 days before hold was released I find out my on line account has a freeze incall they said it’s just to verify the check we call the maker of check is bank and my.chevk is verified once I get that done I’m told i must wait 3 days i csll on 3td day to find out because of fraud related issues my account is closed and I must now wait,60 days to get a check from them when asked what fraud issues they couldn’t answer me but reassure me that my account is being closed sbd they get upset and disconnect this is not right at all

Suggested solution:

Let me have access to my funds open my account I did nothing wrong
