My complaint:
My account has been blocked for a month and a half do to misinformation given to me by the fraud dept. Policy .through the month and a half I’ve been told by staff to get a different phone line so they could verify me Wich I did just to have them tell me no they couldn’t .Mind you I have called every day for about 40; days telling them I haven’t received a verification letter.after these 40 days they decide to tell me that my public record address had to be changed.you think they might have said something when I called every day to make sure the letter was coming to the correct address Wich was the one on my account .Now I call them to ask them where this letter is and they tell me I have to wait I inform them I cannot wait I will no longer be at the address because I haven’t been able to pay rent in two months just to have a fraud team supervisor hang up on me .
