My complaint:
I sent money via zelle as a down-payment for work to be done and it never was done. I called citibank and investigation was done and although they knew it was fraud I never received my money when their should have paid me and go after the person. Zelle and citibank allows this type of fraud. This is the new world sending money for work through applications. They need to protect there clients.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back.
